Minimum Age recommended: 5 years old.

Minimum Driver Age: 16 years old. Official ID Required.

Not recommended for pregnant women or people with medical problems that prevent them from doing the activities.

You must be 20 minutes before your tour to check in.

Documents to show at the entrance of the tour:

Adults: Official identification, IFE or INE, temporary or permanent residence issued in Quintana Roo.

Access is not allowed to anyone in a state of intoxication and/or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In case of being detected in an inconvenient condition, the tour will be canceled without the right to a refund.
