Rio Lagartos is one among the Yucatan Peninsula’s natural wonders. We will take a boat trip through its waterways, which are bordered by mangroves and home to a variety of bird species.
On the tour, we will cross beneath the Las Coloradas bridge to reach the salt deposits, where we will observe several bodies of water, some of which have a beautiful pink color. Following that, we may take a Mayan bath and coat our bodies with nutrient-rich clay. Next we’ll proceed to a virgin beach to wash off the muck in its crystal clear waters, followed by a great dinner centered on local seafood and shellfish.
We will stop at a one of the impressive cenote surrounded by beautiful scenery before boarding the bus.
